hey i have looked through the site but couldnt find anything to do with what i am after so if it is there i am sorry i missed it. but i have 2 questions
1> is there a leagal no cd crack or is there isssues for doing that cause i have the game but my cd has been rather damaged by my son and wont work all the time and if it is leagal is there any for the more updated versions? being the 1.41

2> is there a way to change my ping rates cause it jumps between the lower and higher rates all the time i am not sure if its the servers doing it or my own connection is there any way to level them out or change it

5.0 Running the images
With DAEMON Tools installed on your machine Running or ‘Mounting’ the image take a matter of seconds.

1. If you haven’t already, make sure DAEMON tools if running. You will no this when there is an icon in your taskbar that is red and when hovering above it says DAEMON tools.
2. Right Click on this and go into Virtual CD/DVD Drive emulation. Then go down to set the number of drives. If you plan on doing this one more than one CD change it so it fits your needs.
3. Now in Virtual CD/DVD Drive emulation go to your Drive (Mine was called Drive G) and go to ‘Mount-Image’ Navigate to were you saved your mini-images and then double click on the one that shows up. There should only be one of your 2 files being shown (the one with a suffix of .mds)

Once it is mounted correctly a pop-up should appear with the contents of Disk-One. You are now done!

Your Ping is on your side, either theirs something in the background updating or you have a 2nd pc and someone is using that. i turn windows update off when i play because i dont want to get interrupted by it stealling my bandwidth.

There are some things you could do to speed up your bandwidth, just use google and search things like How Can I Speed Up My Internet

ooooooooo be very careful about that. There are companies out there that disguise their crap spyware and SEO tools to be an "internet boosters".

Be sure to research the name of whatever you decide to try along with the word complaint or trouble. If a ton of things pop up, take notice.

well the ping thing isnt that much of a worry i just wanted to know why it changes but i only tend to play a 2 or 3 servers which i know i can get into.

but main complaint is that i dont want to pay another $100 for a new battlefield 2 game when all i need is the first disc

iam in Australia and where i am things are pricey but i am guessing thats from EA?? the $10 replacement disk? (or whateva company should be there)

when i moved here to minnesota from cali i found i left my disc there and only had my booklet (cd key).....not wanting to pay for another game i downloaded it and I run a mini-image with daemon tools. works great got it patched to 1.41.

do u need the origanal disc for that to work?

or are the files on my pc already?
