WW2 has been done so much it`s ****ing annoying now. Modern age gets boring fast. Something between modern (clean n ****) and primitive (bloody and brutal) should be nice. No idea what though.

yeah bf vietnam didnt get justice at all its agood game 4/5 but the other battlefield 5/5.

imagine battlefield vietnam with the gameplay of bf2 i mean in prm people love the ghost train level because of the jungle warefare...its FUN i mean really jungle warfare is fun.

I like modern->semi-futuristic genres. Almost at laser guns, but not quite It all depends on the developer really. If Valve released a Counterstrike type game but was using futuristic weaponry, it'd be a great game. Give it to Dice, it'd be a catastrophe.

I want to see how Quake Wars shapes up.

Im into futuristic wars, if well done.

That being said- Weapons from let say Aliens. It doesnt need to be lazers and sh!t to be good. Apply realistic direction the world is heading to, and youll get a damn fine game.

Ahh forgoton hope 2 i know i cant wait for that . Thing is though the next BF game will proberly be on a new engine which will be a major advance like bf2 to was compared to bf1942.

The stupid newbs are still informing me on the splash screen that the 1.4 patch is out.

Doesn't their programming skill include the ability to check the game version first before displaying the patch message? How hard is that? isVersionCurrent()? Duh..................................

i thought about something like that...what if they made a mod where as comamnder you control the bots the same EXACT way that you control them in an rts you know...picking individual units and grouping rhem would be making a squad, you can have a bunch of co-op servers with 2player max so that layer could go agaisnt each other online it would be sweet.

OR youcould have it with say 10 layers max, on each side their would be 4 players fighting on the ground they would be liek special forces because they ae betetr than bots.

you could tell the bots to get in and out of vehicles and you could get a certain amount of "kit changes" where you order a bot to a flag to change to a certain kit and every say 10 seconds you gtet 1 more
"kit change" (10 kit changes max or less or more based on server options)

that would be sweet.

when you click attack here they will move their and atatck anything they encounter on the way, click move here and they will sprint but have a delayed reaction when engaing the enemy.

click mines here and if their is a nearby enginneer he will mine the place up, same with repairsand explosives, you can give orderr to fighters to patrol here and same with bombers, you can tell them to bomb here but you cant tell them to bomb this tank or specific person you have to "lead it" same way you lead 7 advancing infantry with arty.

they woudlnt be PINPOINT accurate with bombs so you would generally use your bomber more often to hit ground targets and you fighter to engagair targets.

and making artilelry less powerful and about 2/3 the rounds would babalnce it further...that would actually be awsome...
