Are you serious EA? OMG and it happens the same time for BF2142 only BF2142 has that weird GUID/CD Key crap.

Ok, I played BF2 AND 2142 fine LAST NIGHT. Tonight, I tried to run both of them and I get gay CD key issues? Does this have anything to do with not properly exiting the games?

modify

and re enter the cd key hope this works

Stick in x9392 before the cd-key and make sure you don't write any dashes in.

What if the key is encrypted? Do you still just put x9392 before the hash?

when u first get there, delete everything in that value (which has the hash) and then type x9392 then ur cd key (no spaces)

Ok, I used that thingo where you re-enter your CD key but then I reinstalled everything. I'm patching up now and we'll see how it goes.
