Battlestations: Midway Demo Arrives Tomorrow

We just got word from Eidos that a multiplayer demo of Battlestations: Midway for Xbox 360 will launch tomorrow on Xbox Live Marketplace.

Battlestations: Midway immerses players in massive air, sea, and undersea battles comprising key historical locations such as Pearl Harbor, the Philippines, Java, the Coral Sea and the infamous Midway Atoll, scene of the historic Battle of Midway.

Online multiplayer combat offers an entirely new online battle experience and features head-to-head and co-operative fleet battles featuring over 60 Allied and Japanese units.

The demo includes a multiplayer map entitled Island of Solomon

Yup. Played the demo for a few hours yesterday. I liked it a lot. I'll definitely be picking this one up.

yeah its very addictive ... i wanted a single player demo ... but multiplayer does it ... its awesome

Its games like these that make me wish developers would stop releasing multiplayer demos with absolutely nothing in way of guidance. I had no idea what I was doing, however, from what little I could figure out the game is great.

well its coming jan 30 so its not that long



and i still hate the demo being multiplayer ... ur doing good and ur damned teammates just stay there and u get owned for that reason .... still its awesome

Yeah, at first I really liked controlling the aircraft. Now, I just can't get enough of the ships. Especially the BB's. They own all!

I just installed this, goint to try it after a defrag. Funny thing is when i installed it, it says i dont meet the minimum requirements. Yet all the details of my PC under it said "High-End"..... WTF is with that :laugh:
