Vice City Mod

well i have this burning feeling in side me that really wants to make a vice city mod i know everything i want modded on it skins, builds, etc. But i dont know how to make one with the BF2 editor it wont work for me or im just to dum to use it... Well this topic is all about my dream to make this mod and was wondering if it could happen so if u have any ideas plz post them here.

to make that sort of open-world mod would *probably* be impossible... the bf2 engine can only go so far. i have no idea where to begin, though it would be awesome
