The X1950 pro is the best AGP card, i would definately go with it.

btw, how can you have a core 2 duo with an AGP card?

Definately all high, 4xAA (or more), 1280x1024. I dont know the FPS but you will never have any lag at all. Going to 2gb of RAM would help for loading times and reduce stuttering, but it is not needed.

um core 2 duo is dependent on the motherboard....LGA 775 socket T yea it took me along *** time to find a socket LGA 775 that supported AGP but i actulaly got a really good brand ASUS baby!!!
