MEC sayings

I tried the search, but really don't know much of what to use to narrow it down, so I'll just ask it, though I know it's been covered

Could someone write down all the phrases that the MEC say and the USMC equivelent. (pronunciation would help too)

I'm not trying to learn Arabic from BF2, lol, my friends and I like to use it. We usually say "I need a medic", coz it's fun. Especially while playing as USMC, lol

I have been wondering if that was real Arabic, it sounds sweet.
