my guns have minds

my guns decided that they were gonna sprout a mind and start firing on their own today. a few different types of situations though.

1. i was support, i tossed a few ammo bags, switched back to my LMG and it instantly started firing. it fired until i clicked again.

2. i was running along with a pistol on my hands. every 15 seconds or so it would fire one bullet. that also happened later with an m16

3. as soon as i got in a jet, bullets galore were being fired

i also had troubles switching weapons. it seemed like it was getting stuck when iwas scrolling through.....anyone know what to do?

Sounds like your mouse button has a bit too much junk in it, I would suggest getting a toothpick and poking around.

that was funny for a couple seconds, then pretty much gross!

but the jet thing and LMG thing had nothign to do with clicking.

had that happen to me, it would even reload by it self

This has occured for me as well, but I know exactly what was causing it; lag. If I'm in a server with high ping and experiencing lag spikes, the gun will keep firing until I re-click... if I press the mouse button during a lag spike. It also causes me to redo the reloading animation sometimes.
