BOUGHT A MIC AND CANT USE INGAME!!! please help

how do i use the mic?
i cant install it or anything, someone plz help
how do i use it, but i dont want to reinstall bf2 for my mic, is there another way to use it?!??!?!!??!!?!?!?!?!
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! its really frustrating!!!

u dont need to install ur mic, unless its something really weird.
first make sure its plugged into the right place.
go to C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2 and look for bf2voicesetup.exe and then u can config the mic settings there i think

ok i went there and tested it
the thing on the bar didnt move, i guess that means its not working
how do i make it work?

try checking "Windows Microphone Boost" and make sure the sliderbar labed "voice capture volume" is all the way to the right

in the same place at the bf2voicesetup.exe

and make sure u have voip enabled in options
