We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Stats mean nothing. EA might think that people will really be sorry if they lose their make believe ranks and medal but when the day is over you could go from Colonel to Private in that game and it won't mean a damn thing.
Quit your trolling. If nothing else, getting a higher rank in this game unlocks better weapons. So don't say it won't mean a damn thing, when you've put in 'x' amount of hours to unlock better guns, only to have your stats erased after all that time.
If your account was reset you receive an e-mail from EA telling you such. Check the e-mail the account was registered with and be sure to check your junk mail.

I have a fairly high rank.I have all the unlocks. I have nearly 800 hours in the game (not including unranked play). Trust me when i say rank means nothing. Look at it; you get some new guns that give you very little advantage over someone who knows how to use the defaults. Oh and you can beat other people out for commander. I can say with great resolve, that if I woke up tomorrow I found all of my points, medals, ribbons, unlocks, and even my shiny little leaf thingy were gone; It wouldn't bother me in the least. It shouldn't bother anyone. If it does they may want to consider a break from online gaming.
I feel for the thread starter. Its a crappy thing to have happen especially if you didn't really do anything "wrong". At the same time it really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things
Nexar probably holds the record as the person who has had his stats reset the most. Atleast 5 times at last count, though he didn't care and kept on going.
