although i don't personally own a dell, my work laptop is a dell (and bf2 is on it)

never had a problem with it. my sis has a dell and it's fine

Dells have gotten better in recent years. Their tech support (the lowest tier one) still is nearly as bad as Comcast's though. Comcast is the DICE of cable companies and tech support.
