SF Install Error

When I try to install SF, it automatically trys to patch to 1.1, which is redundant anyway because 1.41 is need after the install.

Anyway, it always fails to patch.

Is there any way to install SF without this 1.1 update? Or any known way to stop this patching failed?

I cant use the usual extract methods etc to solve patching failed, as SF install tries to do it automatically.

the SF install requires 1.1 so it patches BF2 to 1.1 and then installs itself. Afterwards, you repatch to 1.41 again.

Try cleaning the disk, turning off any virus detectors and such and giving it another go.

You may need to completely uninstall it all and then reinstall from BF2,then SF then 1.41 patch.
