Ok, so iv upgraded my soundcard to a Sound Blaster 24 bit, on bf2142 it records jmy voice, slightly, on bf2, doesnt even record my voice. any reason why? plz help

did u check mic boost gain? sometimes that helps.

Make sure the CAPTURE volume is set correctly:

If you only installed the drivers that came on your CD with the card, try updating them from Creative Labs site.

Hehehe, that sound card isn't an "upgrade", believe me, I just got rid of mine.
