BANNED

What is the deal with this on some peoples names. It's obvious that they arnt banned, or they wouldnt have multiple posts with the banned label on it. I'm confuzeld!

It means exactly that.. they are banned..

They kinda make posts, and then get banned. So EVERY post that they posted, it would say BANNED under their name.
