Why? I assume

Textures : High
Geometry: High
View Distance : 100%

Should do the trick?

Maybe Shadows off but that's lame I only use that for matches. Just play the game on the settings your rig can handle.

I'm curious why would you turn off the shadows? Is that just for performance?
