The engine completely ****s the interaction of moving vehicles and soldiers so probably not.

ye, the LCAC was never included in BF2 for that reason.

there is only 1 way you can really do a LCAC effectivly and that is to attach the tank spawner onto it, then hold its physics untill a player jumps into the tank.

But if the player jumps into the tank or w/e before the LCAC has landed and opened its ramp, it will jump off the LCAC or w/e if may decied to do till god knows what happens...

Actually from my experience even if the lcac lands, the tank moves...the lcac and/or tank may decide to fly away.

GlobalFear you guys made a KICKA$$ mod with (My favourite VTOL) the V-22. You could walk inside it. Don't you think it would be possible to do a LCAC? I mean its a LARGE vehicle so there is probably less chance of it running you over by standing on it unlike the V-22.

Thats buggy at best, the only reason you arent flying out is because you are wedged inplace. Vehicles would be even worse.

Try standing in the RIB and having someone else drive. You will appear in a different location on the driver's screen.

OK but I also feel you guys added more seats then the F# count on the keyboard. What if you did that for the LCAC? You can walk on it while its moving, but you will most likely get killed. There would be a spot to walk up to press E and become one with the LCAC. Important spots on LCAC: F1. Well duh! Driver. F2: Ramp controller. F3: APC one that separates on trigger. F4: APC two that separates on trigger. Note when separated it spawns in front of the LCAC. APC possibly counted as weapon/health so an engi/support could resupply the LCAC with APCs when they've been destroyed. All the rest is just a post for soldiers that EXCEEDS F8 but you can't switch from these to anything other than F1, F2, F3/4.

From experience, such hacks will work, but bf2 may crash occasionally :laugh:

USMCRP it wasn't even placed by EA into the game... I don't think you can get it. :cry: I'm supporting you though!

go to EAs head off with a blank CD and ask them very nicly to burn it onto it. Thou they will probably just tell you to f off.....

in other words, you are better off making your own LCAC :p
