So I was playing Karkand IO and a guys kept going around killing everyone with his shock paddles despite shooting him numerous times. I was re-loading my rpk and saw him coming. So I jumped and started running away. I turn around and he was literally aiming at the floor while being prone and still killed me.
Not a hack, or a glitch, just good with the paddles. As far as "shooting him numerous times", say hello to latency, and packet loss. Hit detection in this game sucks.
Shock paddles have a long range. It's really useful when you're in the heat of battle, you can just run, revive, run, revive, etc. No need to dry hump.
I got shock paddled twice yesterday :) I thought it was funny, as one of them, I was reviving a buddy, and there was an enemy trying to revive him to, the guy was just a Lance Corp, and he thought it was his guy that was dead. I think I made his day, he talked about it in chat for about 5 minutes. But yeah, Paddles can go pretty far, just a matter of aiming, and hitting it at the right time, kind of like a knife kill.
Must be a hack or cheat, Ive seen similar (on video on youtube) expect with a knife.

To OP, being shock paddled is the ultimate humiliation, if i'm a medic i will always pull them out over a knife because the hit detection with them is much better. The range is quite far, so he probably just caught you off guard, dont let it happen again
if im playing as medic, whenever i get the chance i pull out the shocks for a kill, ive got my expert knife so i dont care about it plus the knife hit detection is ****e.
In one round i got 2 kills with the paddles. unfortunately for me the admin was a jackass and i got kicked with reason "shock paddles are not weapons"
