Stereo Mix recording all Crackily...

When ever i record with stereo mix, and replay it to myself, it sounds ALL crackely!

Checklist...
Stereo mix in Recordings checked.
Stereo Mix only recorder running at that time.
Tried turning the record volume up and down!
Can't remember others:S

Any Antidotes to this?

what program are you talkuing about?

I use WinFast entertainment center to record sounds

Just IN General, when i record with the likes of Fraps and so forth comes thru all crackily, the program is...the normal windows one is it not?

But i'm recording video - audio at the same time, sound is all crackily, i REALLY REALLY need help ASAP
