Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
$600 8800gtx + $100 ~700-800W (edit: +650W psu) would be the way to go, if you've got $700 absolutely burning a hole in your pocket.
personally, i'd get a $250 x1950xt or a 7950gt and put the rest into a retirement/house/car account. then again, i'm married and fairly boring. :)
edit: hmmmm...how much ram? and with a single-core processor, you might be better served going with the x1950xt or 7950gt, rather than buying an oober card that the rest of your comp struggles to keep up with. any of you gurus know what sort processor speed/ram combo is required to not bottleneck an 8800gtx?

im sure you mean the cheaper pro and gs, get a 1950pro if your just playin bf2, 100+ fps on max with 2gb ram. get 2 in xfire for the power of a beast. at 200$ u can't go wrong. but really, your current pc sucks i hate to tell you, that proc you got could bottleneck some of the newest cards, and not being dual core hurts, i bet your MB is a pos as well since its compaq and made for word processing

nah. if the op has a pci-e port, i'd suggest x1950xt. difference is +400mhz memory and 50mhz core (575/1380mhz v 625/1800mhz) for an extra $50 (total of $250). my thinking is that if you're going to spend $200, you might as well go the extra $50, considering that it's 25% increase in ram speed for 20% increase in cost. add the modest increase in gpu core speed, and it very nicely makes the speed/cost ratio higher.
the "law of grossly diminishing returns" with computer parts and credit cards kicks in with the next step up--x1950xtx @650/2000mhz would be excessive imho at ~$360, gdd4 or not.
