while you are baseraping what is your team doing...nothing..bored..praying someone gets by your need for easy kilsl and points so they can have some fun.
Now on the other team what are people thinking
A. this sucks Im leaving the server
B. Im just not gonna spawn/Im just not gonna go up to the deck
C. Im a moron that insist on being destroyed do to a flawed balance.

So to sum it up..its a game.
your not saving the world or your country in a round,,,theres no need to stress the fact that keeping an enemy down preserves a win in the war..this isnt real war, its a game and with that comes sportsmanship.
Now sportmanship is what you make it..you can be the "eat it I PWN !!!11" guy that people hate, kick, curse at...or you can display a sense of class and lay back and allow a challenge to come to you and your team. Its good to see once and while when people dont hide behind the wall of the net as opposed to real life and still show class.

The chance of having the commander dropping supply boxes at the Essex or having noobish pilots in the j-10 that don't tear the Essex apart from far away is ööööhm, wait, öööööööhm ............. forget it.

Another problem is that pretty often when you get baseraped, your own team doesn't secure tanks and other stuff standing around in the base --> you get raped even worse. Of course this is not the attackers fault

The AA is more useless than shooting at the J-10 while your partner throws rocks at it.
The AA is too damned easy to take out.
plus, after you've taken it out free kills for you.
This doesn't even have an ounce of fairness to it.
So because we have ONE line of defense, it's okay to base rape the hell out of us? I think not, we have one (extremely worthless) chance at taking you out, and after that fails it means, THAT'S YOUR GO AHEAD TO BASE RAPE and get 20 kills while using no skill?
That's sort of like saying, well, okay, if you can beat a newbie sniper in CQC we'll all just sit still and let you kill us.
There's no amount of 'fairness' in the AA.
And until the AA can shoot your *** down from anywhere on the map, I'm still going to think you're an ignorant player with no skill.

Spawn campers are also easy kills for me since they stay in one spot, fly straight, and I usually reload while killing them

I never said camping was the only thing I do but everyone keeps insisting that "Base rape is for easy kills, if you cant kill in the field then why play".

I am saying that I fly looking for targets if none are found or if no flags change posession for me to bomb I am coming to the uncap.......why is that so bad? It is the sole role of the bomber and fighter jet to keep firing and reloading the whole round.........regardless of where.

I always sweep for targets on main battlefield before engaging uncap, just for clarification a third time.

Look mate, these type of posts ALWAYS turn into big arguments on this or any forum. The whole BF2 community is split vis-a-vis uncap raping.
The way I look at it, if you are on a server where its allowed then fine, you are doing nothing wrong. But if it is in the server's rules that it isn't allowed, then don't do it (The whole thing about whether or not it should be allowed is a mute point to be honest because until Ea say otherwise, server owners have the right to stop it or allow it).

So I say do it to your hearts content knowing that you are right, on servers that allow it, but please show some respect (i'm not saying that you don't btw ) for the other servers that do not allow it.
Now everybody smile and be happy, we are lucky, we can play games like this :)
