Ok i just started to play battlefield 2 over christmas break, what i am wondering is why i am not being ranked in bfhq? Like i am not gaining any stats. Thanks.

make sure your playing on Ranked servers,

tick the ranked box in the server browser to make certain only those show up

also look around the fourms for this but make sure ur on a ranked server and has it told u that u have ranked up??

Of course, it could be because you aren't actually gaining points. I didn't rank up to P.F.C for the first 2-3 weeks because I was having so much fun pissing about with vehicles and the game engine.

The biggest mistake new players make is not checking off the "Ranked" box on the multiplayer server browser. Furthermore, keep in mind that on weekends stats can take hours (even up to 48 hrs) to update.

The server needs to be ranked and you need to have like 500 points for your first unlock and I think 150 for your first rank.

Whats your username?
Check ranked ticked
make sure that you finish round (you'll still get your points if you dont but just to check intially)
Check www.bf2stats.nl and enter your usernamme see if it appears, ive tried the one you have on here but nothing has showed.

patch it and make sure that the ranked marker is nex t to the server

If you've already patched it... Join a ranked server and do not logout till the round is over...
