I was wondering, what does this mean :

Notes: Highest rank of the month

Its a requirement for the general rank.
Where can I see who has the highest rank this month ? :cry:

Hmm bassicly anyone that is a 4 star was it at one time.

The top 50 people every month (usually the same top 50 every month) get (or keep) the rank of General (4-star).
