That and even if it is updated, it will re-update.
Make sure you have all your windows updates. Defrag the drive. Make sure you are not trying to install this while virus software is active in the lower right hand corner.

CA may be affordable at $20, but AVG/Spybot and the windows firewall are comparatively free and very fast.Comment
