u need to start up vanilla bf2 and play ef from there.....i had the same problem and it worked for meComment

Mine had given me a modified content error. I had to reinstall EF and then reinstall 1.41.
reinstalling EF from Link posed an issue that I figured out. If you find you have trouble reinstalling EF (you don't need to reinstall everything if the rest works) then PM me and I can list out what I did.
