That's pretty much how I like to play sniper. I don't roof camp. I run around, claymore common paths, grenade people, and use my pistol almost more than my rifle. Really, I just want to get the 100 hours in, get expert in it, then probably never play the kit again.

Its very easy to get your sniper point the normal way. And sniper against sniper can be fun sometimes =].

oh god... explosives... if it's not grenades, it's C4, if it's not C4, it's Claymores, and if it's not claymores... goodness, it's anything that blows up and goes boom.

I must say, the game is that much less fun to play when you're stuck somewhere and can't do anything about it because there's some mine in the way, and there's no way to get rid of it... not even with more explosives.

Today i was playing on a Karkand server while on the MEC team and realized that i kept getting killed by claymores in the same area over and over again.

Did it ever cross your mind to try a different route?

The ONLY reason I "go" sniper is to "counter-snipe", & sometimes that isn't necessary, I have a bunch of friends that are "1337 snipers", w/ sniper in their name, & they all just happpened to be on the same team in a Sharqi IO server, the other guys, & myself were mostly medics in a 10v10, they got capped out twice, & quit

I tried to tell them, a few snipers can be an asset to a team, but a team comprised of nothing but snipers is destined to lose

I find it annoying as hell that you sign each post as Lieutenant General, as if this is some important title that you actually possess..you aren't truely in the armed forces, nor do you actually carry that title with you in the real world...

No one thinks its cool.

One more thing, if you really want to continue to pose as a Lieutenant General, maybe you should learn the true abbreviation.

If you'd like to pose as a Lieutenant General in the Marine Corps, sign off as LtGen. Should you happen to be an Army Lieutenant General, you would be a LTG. It's Lt Gen if you're in the Air Force. No matter how you sign off, you still look like a moron, and I find it quite sad that you are what, 40 some years old and you still think its cool to sign off on a gaming forum with your fictional title.
