Binding 'Shift' key? Locked to helo controls?

Seems there is a mystery bind for 'Shift' in the helo controls, unable to 'un bind' it, how can I go about freeing up my shift key so I can give it its proper place (crouch of course)?

Shift key is sprint why would you want to change that

I'd simply prefer a different key, say CTRL, I'm so used to Shift for crouch.

Shift key is sprint why would you want to change that

Double tap forward and youll be sprinting.
