on the demo you can get orange by putting CCCC in your name

he means the orange names in the upper left hand side of the screen, in game.

I believe it's localization files or some hocus pocus.

Is it just me who has got this totally wrong? I always thought this is for nametags, not for names.

Anyways, ROE is a total joke anyway, especially this 3.1.1... Why don't they just say no cheating, please, instead of providing a stupid and incomplete list of possible ways of hacking?
