I'm pretty sure I had to select the Flash bang as an unlock...
Those who say it hasn't got uses, well that's wrong. Personally there's nothing better then flashing a squad and running in to see them all bunny hopping and randomly shooting. You get your knife/GL out and earn yourself 3-4 kills as opposed to 1 or 2.
Flash banging privates who take the chopper that you've been using all round is also great fun, especially when they fly into the sea! lol
