Just Got BF2

I finally stopped playing COD2 for while and picked up BF2.

I was just wondering what patch I should download first, due to all the problems. Should I install the first ever patch and then install 1.41?

If I were you, I would just download the 1.41 full. No need to ask silly questions, always the full patch if there is, if you have 1.0 version
