Two questions

1. When I hit Quit, the Windows XP Critical Stop.wav plays twice. I know this plays when something has gone wrong. I see no reason for it to do this when I'm quitting BF2.

2. I've installed the 1.41 patch. While in the game, I've noticed it still says 1.1.2965-7970. This is the version that was installed originally. I can play online just fine though. I'm just curious if everyone's is like this.

1: indeed, it is not normal. I can't tell what the issue is from your symptoms.

I sometimes get this, never caused me any problems though. I think I get it when i rush BF2 or have lots of other apps running.

I found out the problem was Zone Alarm Security Suite. It was bogging down my system.
