        Re: Lag Help

BF2 lag is specifically caused by stockpiling tons of porn from the internet on your computer. Don't deny it, we all know all about you. We were told to keep a look out for you and that you would be posting today.

OK, I lie. No porn (or at least it hasn't affected me ).

Lag is caused by many different factors. Let us know about your hardware and internet connection. Then we can point out avenues of possible speed increases.

obviously check internet...but turn your video settings down(depending on your video card) because it may not actually be lag from your internet.

            Re: Lag Help

Lets get servers in mini lag kinda thing so anything from 130 down is good and have patch 1.41 instald properly.

How much RAM you packing?? 2 Gb is the go, anything less can cause stutter depending on graphic settings.

                  Go to options.

And your internet's speed is 512/256?

That's damn slow, I think that's the problem here, mate.

We need to start from square A again.
Hektic, what are your system specifications?
If your unsure go to START > RUN & type "dxdiag" in the box. What you'll see is a basic overview of your system.

                        What we need is:
                        Memory Amount. (Ex. 1024MB)
Processor. (Ex. AMD Athlon 64 Processor 2800+ 2GHz)
Display Information (Ex. Xtreme-G WarCat Radeon x800 Series)

And we'll take it from there.
