The 1600 is far better and will be able to play with all settings maxed. Another gig of ram wouldn't hurt, it would speed up loading times and get rid of the stutter at the start of a round. -

i think perhaps the x1600 could get to medium
your better off getting a x1950 pro AGP, if you can find one (it does exsist)

Is your new comp going to have PCI-E? If it is then those cards wont work.
