Project Reality installed,but.....

Ok,I just installed PR after it downloading for 2 to 3 hours.

Now after we installed it,we finally figured out how to switch over to the mod..

But now here comes our problem...Every time i search for PR servers with PR levels,none show up..BF2 servers,and levels show up.

Can someone inform me how to fix this,and/or what i'm doing wrong?

Make sure you uncheck all of your filters except for same mod and all the map sizes. You should find them. I get about 77 servers showing up.

Hmm,have not tried unchecking all filters yet,i did check have some filters checked with same mod checked also.lol

Install the 1.41 BF2 Patch again, then go to filters and deselect everything but the following-

Same Version
Same Mod
Populated

This should give u quite a few servers to choose from.

I got pissed casi couldnt find any servers at first until i realized i had ranked checked...lol

EA (intentionally?) did not make it very easy to find mods in the server browser. But the settings described above and in the readme and player guide wiki should sort it out.

Oleg please tell us if your still having problems.

Ensure you have PR 0406 and not an older version.

Yeah,i had 0406.I wasted all the time downloading it,Never could get it to work...So i deleted it.

i installed it...clicked on the icon, and it worked without a single problem at all whatsoever since i downloaded it........not one problem with my connection, not one CTD, not one anything.....

i think this mod was super easy to use and install, and without a single problem......sorry u deleted it....u should download it again

Oleg why not give it another try? its really rare for anyone to have issues installing this mod. like the poster above said, its supereasy to install and maybe we can help u thru any issues?

What else could it be? I did everything everyone said i needed,but nothing.
I also did patch up to 1.41,which kinda screws me now of playing on my team servers.

easiest way:

Uninstall and completely delete all BF2 files.

Reinstall BF2.

Install 1.41 patch.

Install 0406 PR

run.

if it doesnt run, run it in windowed mode and tell us what error you get and we can troubleshoot from there.

if you dont feel like wiping BF2 off, you can install it to a new directory and retain your old install of bf2.
