Tags Not Working (big pictures!)

Well its a strange problem i got going on here are some pictures to help give an idea well when i started playing again yesterday the tags wouldnt work not a big deal kinda annoying and if anything ill just re-install but figured I'd ask first

Notice the Weapon Kills gibberish Its kinda hard to tell but anyone have an idea what i can do to fix or just ignore/reinstall?

You double posted the last picture. Reinstall should fix it up

Your localization files are messed up. I quickly pasted mine here, so you don't need to reinstall.

well thanks anyways I already reinstalled but if they are still messed up Ill know where to look
