    Sound Trouble!

    HI guys,

    I have posted this somewhere else, where i don't know! (bit of a noob to this forum :P!) i am having a problem with my sound where its fine up untill login where it ceases altogether? anyone know what this is?

    Delete or rename the Audio.con files in your My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles directory.

    Or, if you can face the horror of logging in without sound, you can reset the Audio settings to default in options.

        Not quite sure i think it might be realtek but thats all i know

          start > run > "dxdiag" and then wait for it to load and click on sound tab for the name of ur soundcard

            realtek=onboard audio=software sounds

            do you have hardware audio enabled? if so, change to software and see what happens.

              Don't forget along with any changes to hit the apply button that is hidden in the lower left hand side fo the screen.
