Busted progress bar

my progress bar hasnt budged since i broke 20 000 points, and im now at 60 000. it still shows it full, and it hasnt updated since. i know this is an issue but this has been going on for the majority of my bf2 career. Anyone experience anything like this? any fixes?

What is your ID number or game name?

have you tried the stat sites and if so, are they doing the same thing?

yeah bf2tracker seems to be working fine, and yes i mean progression towards next rank in bfhq

when you log in, does it say "active acount" in the bottom left hand corner?

yes it says active account, everything is working perfectly fine except for the progress bar. my account name is Neptune15
