For Special Forces I have a suggestion

I play using TS with a bunch of friends who are in a clan (not my clan) called Hellsfury. Both their server info and their TS info can be found at www.hellsfury.net

New people are usually quite welcome.

Several servers post their vent/TS info in there load screen, or scroll it in game. Straferight is one I remember, but there's more.

IMO, always use a mic helps alot for like capping flags flying in a helo, etc.
