Strange Question about K&P servers

So, I have a odd question. One of my best friends that I got to play BF2 quit stopped playing a while ago. So, today at work, I started looking at my stats and saw my friend that quit playing was online.

But, to my horror, he was on a ranked Knife&Pistol server. I asked my other friend whom plays here at the office to call him up and ask him to jump out (since my phone was in my truck). Well, long story short, I called him up from my desk line and he told me 'yeah, it says K&P on the server name, but NO ONE is using Knife & Pistols. It is straight combat and there are a couple people running around complaining that they are not following the server rules about it being K&P.

This is my question: If a server says on the name K&P, are the players on it all qualified for a reset even when no one on it is actively padding?

On a side note, what if your Clan was called K&P? LOL, I need to start running around with that tag...especially since I have never gotten my expert Pistol in the last 18 months I have played!

If I started an account now, and K&P'd till i get to #14, EA wouldn't give two ****'s. I know the ROE is going to come in here and be all anal about it, but who gives a crap, there not going to reset you, EA doesn't care. (and what do stats mean anyway? nothing)

Well, I think the 'stats' portion is important, but the ranks and badges are meaningless. I like looking at my history of playing.

I am sure that ROE would intercede, even though I have seen a few players say they will do nothing.

Nothing ever happens to the servers. ROE doesnt have the authority to shut it down or reset they simply can only send it in to EA and they rule it out

I just found it comical that when I talked to him on the phone, no one was really playing K&P, like they were bored with it. So it just made me wonder about it.

ROE doesnt have the authority to shut it down or reset they simply can only send it in to EA and they rule it out

which is why ROE fails (not there fault, its EA's "not giving any sh!t" additude)

i dunno how everyone feels about their 'stats', but with mine the only things i care about is my medals, when i first started it was the badges and ribbons, now that ive got all badges with almost all vet, and 95% of the ribbons its the PrEtTyCoLoUrFuLlMedals. and if i cared about anything in the statistics it would have to be my k/d ratio because i know i am legit and i know i am getting better and better at every single kit/vehicle/weapon. I use my stats for a Personal motivation to get better at those certain things and get the medals (achievements) and just to better my self; NOT to compare my self to others even if they're being whacko and ghey, i just make sure next time i see them they get a humiliating buzz of my paddles of peace.
P.s: there actually is aguy with the name Paddles of Peace but i dont know exactly how its spelt, and his accuracy is like 90% or some****, because all he ever uses is his shock paddles ONly to revive not to kill, he hasnt got a single kill but his accuracy is HUGE because using paddles does that to ur stats. pretty lame, would be hell boring.

i dont really care about stats any more, im getting bored of the game and only really use my account for generally mucking around. the other day i went on a knife and pistol to see what it was like, ha ha 'twas funny $hit, bunch of nutters bouncing, diving, stabbing and shooting in a massive pile. i finished the round by the rules and then got completely bored, whipped out my trusty ak101 w/gp30 and started blasting away at the massive "revive piles" as i like to call them lol. got 20 kills before i got kicked... 6 kills with one GL shot i think

I believe someone from the ROE is sent to check out the server.
