Spyware/Virus Cleaner

Just a simple question:

Currently I have got two virus/spyware scanners running aVast and AVG my question is I got five days left with aVast and then I'll have to remove it from my system. Could I just delete it whilst not be afraid that my system will get infected with crap etc.

I also got

Lavasoft Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy on it.

Will this be enough since it's kinda stupid to run these two at the same time even whilst gaming.

Yes.

Also it is never a good idea to have two anti-virus programs running at the same time as they can and usually will conflict with each other. It is ok to have more than one installed as long as only one of them is active.

Okay thank you :) I'll remove the aVast then since I'll won't be on the PC much these remaining four days now anyway. I'll just weekly will run Ad-aware and Spybot S&D to keep up with the amount of spyware that gets on the system ( If there is any I don't get much even If I scan both probably because I don't watch porn, lol)

Between AVG and your two spyware scanners, I have the exact same setup. It's more than good as long as you don't do the balatantly crazy stuff like open unknown files you find on the internet.

Haha, I never do that kind of things maybe that's why I never get viruses etc. But still I'm afraid since I did got one once. I think it was called Blaster did some serious damage and the computer was totally fried. Such a shame.

Well couldn't do much about that since I wasn't there when it happened. I also had sixty Processes now I have thirty

Woah, I missed that one in the original thread.

Looks like we have a bigger problem here than just Virus software. I'm calling an Intervention!!
