what's with the weapon swapping?

Just a few nights ago i notice a crap glitch in bf2. I spawn with my unlock the g36e, and do great for a round. Next round i spawn with what seems to be the g36e... but no, i get a glitched m16 that wont let me aim down the site without getting thrown back three times...jeesh, once i get it to aim down the site i get a aiming glitch where the reticule keeps going around in circles uncontrolably... wth is goin on? anyone else have this problem? if not i think i'll stick with project reality...

Its lag, been around since 1942 for snipers, both regular and Desert Combat.
