Hi, I am corporal right now and wondering what my next two unlocks should be. I have unlocked the M95, L96A1, PKM, L85A1. Should I get the G3 Next? What's an easy way to get points and whats an easy map to memorize? Thanks guys for all the help, I really do appreciate it.:)
If you're playing for the unlocks, go on an unranked server where the unlocks are already available. It's not fun playing BF2 with the sole aim of getting points.
The only reason i play is for points. I find progressing through the game is fun and i just can't stand playing unranked as i know im not going anywhere.
In terms of guns, i would unlock the G3. It is a killer on Karkand
Have you unlocked the spec ops g36? it's called the 'noob gun' because it's so easy to use and over-accurate. If you want to beef up your points I think it's a better option than the g3. Also when you're assault you are slower don't have the benefit of explosives as spec ops has.

Being someone that rediscovered the glory of the Assault Kit, let me suggest that you NOT get the G3 or the F2000. The two stock weapons of the Assault kit are outstanding, albeit, the only thing that defeats an assault kit is another assault kit with the G3...but I regress.
All the stock weapons are fine for all the kits except, I feel, AT. The DAO is an important unlock after the ones that you listed having already. The G36C is a very good weapon to unlock, as well as the G36E, but if you are USMC, it is kinda pointless to get the G36E for medics because the stock M16 is so close.
If you are a Karkand player, you seem to be well set as it is aside from having the DAO. Consider that weapon strongly. If you don't like it, you still have other promotions close coming so it is not as bad.
But, here is my basis for the DAO. It is important for close quarter fighting. You need to be quick with the trigger, but it is devastating. It has poor reload time, but if you get the drop on people, you can clean out two, maybe three people if you are handy. And like Karkand, it could be important at defeating the armor that trolls around the spawns.
The G36C as noted is very good for its accuracy, and is often one of the only weapons that takes me down when I am assault. I mean, you notice that when you are heavily armored and get taken down by a piss ant Spec-ops with a slingshot of a gun!
But again, you already have the most important unlocks. The two sniper rifles, the PKM (which some argue is not as good as the RPK), and the L85A1...
The G36E is great if you hate the AK101...but remember this, the most experienced players abandon their unlocks often as they get better and return to stock weapons. You will hear it time and again on this forum and you see it on the field. There is a reason for this, they are normally good guns to begin with.
Think about your style of play, what maps you play on, and what kits you think you will enjoy most over the next month or two. Download FFolkes MOD that gives you all the unlocks or pickup weapons on the ground when you are safe and try them out.

That is true. But I've gone back to the G36E now for some reason. I think my recent stint on Warlord has made me fall in love with it again, but the AK-101 is a very powerful weapon and I still use this over the G36E on vanilla. I don't really like the M16A2 for some reason, sure it is accurate, powerful and I do well with it, but for me the G36E has that something extra.
Another reason why clan people go for stock weapons is that in a lot of leagues, unlocks are not permitted.
You will never be satified with any of the unlocks. I have them all and it only adds veriety. Chose the unlock for the class you like best. For real Bro they all will dissapoint you except for the L96A1 or the P90.
