Umm some people may find some of these things "noobish" but that shouldn't stop you from doing them

Place claymores in populated areas and have no skill? Generally yes, it is a valid tactic of course, but does indicate no skill, because skill, a few frags plus any other kit would make you ten times more effective as sniper in a busy spot.

Team Kill for a Vehicle(such as jet or chopper)? If you are better than him, you may tk if he's a stubborn and won't take turns and always wants the jet.

Place flash bangs when a Jet or a Chopper spawns? Much better than tk. If you think you're better than others, do so. But beware, if I ever see you, I'll rank you as noob and may tk you because you fly as assault instead of medic.
