infantry medal?

Hey, my friend got The Marksman Infantry Medal a lng time ago, and I haven't received it yet?! I got more points then him, and got every badge that yiu need to get it! can somebody contact EA or something or tell me what to do? my bf2 nick is: -=ThomasHayat=- so have a look... thanks!

why do you care so much about an infantry medal? plus, why dont you just contact EA yourself...we're all humans here.. by the way, you need to play 200 hours before you get it. even if you have all the badges it doesnt matter. it doesnt matter if you get more points than him. you must have played at lease 200 hours in order to recieve it.

did u even look at his stats? he has 300 hours in. also its 300hrs for that medal.

I just got off the phone with the President of EA. He was hell bent to figure out what was going wrong with the BF2 system as this is the very first error or bug thats ever been found even after the hundreds of thousands of player hours that have been logged in so far.

He wanted me to personally assure you that you will see this award shortly. Just keep playing and it will show up in no time. He suspects that since you only just passed 300 hours (you are currently at 301) and you last played 11 hours ago at the time of this post, that you probably only just broke the 300 mark and that perhaps the stat servers are just being slow. Next time you log in, it will probably show up.

He's going to just go to work now instead of go back to sleep. This really upset him and he wants to go double check everything personally just to be sure this is a random one time occurance and not 'status quo'.

Well he has his marksman infantry award now EXACTLY as I said.... so there...
