Jeez, After 3 Months of dealing with a problem that i cant play single player and create a local server, because it would crash. I found out it was this Booster Pack(BP) thing.
I bought it in stores, and the CD also Contains Patch 1.4. When i install it, When its done, it would automatically install patch 1.4 and screw everything up in BF2 while i have patch 1.41!
I would have Error messages saying this file not found, 3 hours and i fixed that problem, and AGAIN another file not found and i tried another 2 hours and still no hope, Then i cant play single player, i would crash to desk top, this and that... my god...
OK! 3 MONTHS AND I ACTUALLY WAS SO LUCKY I INSTALLED BF2, SF, 1.41 AND NOT BP! AND WAS SO HAPPY I GOT NO ERROR AND PLAYED SINPLE PLAYER ALL DAY LONG! SO HAPPY!
Now is that im scared... i want to play BP, but am scared i would go through that horror crap thing.
But i was thinking, When it installs BP, and its done, it goes to a step where it goes to patch 1.40 installer. Theres a option where it says "cancel" before it starts, but if your to late, it would hide and it would install and screw my BF2 up.
So... Yeah... Is there any ways for me to install Booster Pack without installing the patch 1.40? (im tired of that Error Message saying a file is not found).
