What do i do when a Vehicle is going straight at me?

Mostly in Wake Island, there are many players who love running people over with there vehicles, But when i become a victim, I'm helpless... I try jumping, but if i touch the vehicle, i still get killed. I try to run to the side, But they would turn and still kill me.

I tried laying down and luckily sometimes i would go beneath the 4 tires under the car and not get hit.

So, Is there any tips on oncoming vehicles? Thanks!

Look both ways before crossing the street. If possible, find someone else who is crossing the street and hold hands.



Actually the one thing to remember is that with vehicles, you really can't hear them coming up on you. You don't want to ever be caught out in the open if you can help it.

what i usually do, which works 80% of the time, is kind of fake out the car. When it is coming at you, jog to one side, then turn around and sprint + jump, and usually the car would be steered wayy off into the other direction. Dont just try running one way, he'll get you.

it sounds stupid but i usually try to save some energy or whatever you want to call it for times like that so i can sprint out of the way. other wise if its a humvee or vod you can lay under it if you are lucky

If its a Hummer or Vodnik I try to prone under it. Works most of the time. Dpvs and Buggies I try to fake one way and jump the other way.

I normally 'jump' 20 feet into the air, do a double somersault then land on my back, usually some strange text appears on my screen that I've been critically injured.

Yes, the best tactic is to fake out the on comming vehicle. Like mentioned above, walk one way to get them to turn and then quickly sprint the other direction. If you do this at the right moment, they'll pass you by, if it's too soon, they'll have time to adjust and you'll find yourself "Critically wounded "

Not if it's a ghost missile.. (AT rocket bug).

Jump up, and to a side afterwards. That will often safe you from kamikaze drivers

Roadkilling on Wake airfield is brilliant fun. I got 8 in a row the other week, it felt pretty good.

Except that if the vehicle is moving towards you very fast you'll need to shoot at the ground in front of it and hope to kill it with splash damage since you won't be able to hit it directly.

amen to that. The only rockets that are not ghost rockets are the ones coming at YOUR vehicle. Stupid rocket bug.

Faking it is a real nice trick, if your not AT run near trees and walls, so you can take cover, and if your AT, it's self explanatory.

You probly jump to soon to the side jump just at the last second and you will be mostly OK I hope.
