Location of CD Key on Hard Drive

I was cleaning today and realized that I lost the manual for Battlefield 2, along with the CD key that was printed on the back. I still have a working version of BF2 installed and I was wondering if there is some file or registry entry that I can search for that contains the CD key so I can write it down.

Ah, you're right. It's encrypted. Thanks anyway.

you can always use the reg file, make sure you save it and next time you install BF2 use a CD Key gen then add your saved reg file with the cd key

            www.google.com

Search for it. Remember that some of these WILL be trojans, so have a good firewall such as ZoneAlarm running beforehand, and set it to block the program from contacting internet.
