    Lagg solved

This is just a tip for everybody with lagg problems.
This might not work for all of you...but it helped me a lot.

I disabled my pagefile and my lagg was gone !
    (configuration/systeem/advanced/virtual mem)

I do have 2 gig of mem and my pc doesn't care about disabeling the virtual mem.

I've searching and trying all kinds of stuff and was really pissed off.
I have a high end pc and about 100 Fps ,everthing at high or low. And still had lagg.
SO i did this and now i really can play.

hmm well the pagefile use's your harddrive space, so if your running out of room it will cause some problems,

Have the initial size be at least 1.5 times bigger than the amount of physical RAM. Do NOT make the Pagefile smaller than the amount of physical RAM you've got installed on your system.

even better is disabling paging executive by using TuneXp, which i think gives a higher priority to ur ram than ur pagefile..but then again u do have 2gb of ram and prob dont need the page file :P

Wouldn't that mess up your comp?

I have heard mixed things about this process. Some say its very useful for gaming and other say its a load of bull.
It certainly worked for me but if I start to get crashes like others are reporting then i will turn it off.

I looked at a thread about this on another forum and they recommended that this only be done when you have a large amount of RAM (1024mb+). It also depends what settings you are playing on i guess. It would probably cause crashes and other problems to try and run BF2 with max graphics on 1gb and no pagefile.

I don't know what I should do I have 2048Mb of RAM but still when I open Task Manager When BF2 is running and I'm in two browsers with Teamspeak, two Anti-Virus Spyware things running I get: 59 Processes

                Memory Ussage 620/3937

Maybe I should try and disable it and check if the laggy-ness will go away or it's just the game :p

I get little pauses from like half a second max in five minutes.

Just came across my first memory error whilst playing 2142

Therefore i had to turn pagefile back on for it to work. Maybe you need more than 1024mb...

Maybe you shouldn't have disabled it in the first place. Might want to give those links I posted a read.

bf2 really uses 1.24 gig of ram .so u need pagefile with one gig:)
