I have noticed that on some servers, players on the opposing side can instanly spawn in your vehicles! There is no communication with others on your side, after that its total base rape.
Anybody seen this?

I've never seen that happen. You cannot "get in" to enemies vehicles if they are in them first. However, you can jump onto them, or jump onto the back of them. You can "jump" into the back of a Hummer, and lay down. Do not enter the vehicle normally. When an enemy gets in and drives away, you can stab or shoot them in the vehicle while they are in it. I've had many an enemy get killed like that, and type "WTF"? wondering how I did that.
But, if an enemy is "in" a vehicle, you cannot "enter" the same one.

I have had it once where i was in a Tunguska and the enemy got in, at the bottom of the screen it scrolled up like it does wehn another player gets in your vehicle but in this case their name was in red but they disappeared more or less straight away...never had it before or after though.
we caught a guy on our server once using a team switch hack, one of my clan mates was playin and this guy on his team was laying prone beside him when they were taking a flag his name would turn red and when another red tag came over to try and defend their flag they would shoot at my buddy and not him and he would kill them getting the kill, anytime we encountered the enemy his name tag would go red and if you shot him you would get a TK
my bud wasnt an admin, but came right out and asked him about it, the guy admitted it and said what it was, since there were no admins on the server the guy wasnt banned but he was asked to leave in which he did so without any problem, my buddy never thought to write his name down so we couldnt report him either
As to the question of it being a ranked or unranked server, I chose the Play Now Option on the BF2:SF intro screen. I'll bet that it was unranked. I was playing in the expanded map "Warlord". As soon as our tank would re spawn, a player from the opposing side would immediately spawn inside the tank. When the vehicle spawns, it drops for what looks like 4 feet before it hits the ground. The enemy combatant was already inside the vehicle.
i see people show as enemies in my vehicle every now and then, but they are teammates. it used to be more often, not so much lately.
i remember the first time it happened, i was in a helo piloting and i was a total n00b and got scared and jumped out, i ended up dying because my parachute didn't open and the guy switched seats and flew off. i felt like crying i was such an idiot.
lol ah the good ol' days of obliviousness.
i doubt it was cheating/hacking, more than likely just the red/blue tag bug.
