n00b needs help: How to install 1.41?

Hi everyone. i've been away from this game for a while.
I did search the forum but i didn't find the answer:)
and i'm still downloading 1.41 and it looks like a full patch to me. Do they make incremental one for 1.41?
I hope there's no need to uninstall/install the game. Or i just install over the old one? TIA.

just install the patch when its downloaded, you dont have to do anything else,

1.41 has no incremental either. just the full.
