If You wish to run a server you get the Server Files...
And if you just wish to play the game you get the Cliant files...
Some come with both but its makes the overall file size far bigger and unnenary for people wishing to just play or host.
also the difference between *full* and *incramental* before someone asks is:
Full is the original release of it, plus all the patches up to the newest patch.
these files are bigger and only require downloading if you have never had the game before.
Incremental patches are far smaller, because they only contain the Files for that patch version. they assume you already have the game and all previous patches.
